VIDEO MEDIOS, S.A. (VIMESA) supplies, installs and maintains microwave links, transmitter equipments and antenna systems for radio andTV , using analogue and digital technology.

VIMESA was founded in 1985 , dedicated to broadcasting and specialized in Radiofrecuency technology (RF) onthe MW and FM market. Since its founder began his activity alone in a place of 45 m2 ,it has been extended so that, today it takes up a space of2500 m2, with a staff formed by 38 employees,including both engineers and technicians with recognized experience.

Part of this increase has been made possible thanks to the acquisition of companies which are focused on Radio frequency (RF) technology (REYMAN, VIA RADIO, MECANIZADOS DE BROADCASTING) so that, we can offer a more integrated service for our costumers that include from the signal transport coming out from the production studio and its later processing, to the antenna system.

Currently, we deal with the most advanced equipments in analogue and digital technology to offer solutions about the radio and TV signal transport: MW, FM, DAB, Drm, analogue and terrestrial digital TV.

At present, VIMESA designs and manufactures transmitters for radio FM and antenna systems for radio (FM, MW) and TV. Besides, VIMESA works as system integrator for TV and MW transmitters, microwave links, MPEG-2 head ends, wireless communication systems, etc.

For TV, we supply and install low and medium (1W upto 30 kW) transposers and transmitters, antenna systems, analogue and digital microwave links, TV modulators, oscillators with OFF-SET accuracyand so on.

For radio, supply and install MW (1kW up to 100kW) and FM (20 W up to 30 kW) transmitters. Likewise, we offer radiating systems: antennas, diplexers or triplexers and ancillary equipment; self-supported and guyed towers of up to 150 m. VIMESA also carries outthe projects of antenna systems for both radio (MW and FM) and TV. We design and manufacture complete low, medium and high FM antenna systems including bridge-type multiplexors(with hybrid couplers) or Star Poin tand several kind of antennas with linearorcircular polarization.

In the same way,we manufactures and install coupling circuits for MW and SW high power systems (350 kW ). Moreover, we design and manufacture switchboards, low, medium and high power artificial dummy loads for medium wave (AM) transmitters .

Currently, VIMESA develops R+D programs together same university centres (Carlos III, UPV/EHU) so that,the result of this collaboration is a better service for our customers, as well as another reason for which our company is placed in the technical forefront.

A national distributor network guarantees an immediate assistance according to our company philosophy, which considers it as the most important aim. Thanks to this, today we are a continuously increasing company related to quantity of work, number of customers and sales.

Since the 2003, the company ASPA VIMESA INTERNATIONAL has been in charge of our interest soutside our borders with significant success in the Caribbean and South America.
